Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability cover provided by our insurers who are underwritten by Lloyds of London. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our full public liability cover provided by our insurers who are underwritten by Lloyds of London. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by any of our cleaners up to 1 million pounds.

Do you charge per hour or per job?

We can charge either an hourly rate for an ongoing client or a per job rate for a one off clean. We really try our best to work within the customer’s own requirements and preferences.

How long will it take my carpets to dry out after the service?

As 90% of all moisture is extracted from the carpet fibres during the cleaning process the remaining 10% will take up to four hours to dry.

How soon can my carpets be cleaned?

We can usually send one of our operatives to your site within 24 hours of our first initial contact.

I have a natural fibre carpet. Do you clean those?

Yes we can as we are experienced in cleaning most types of carpets.

What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?

We use the latest carpet cleaning methods including hot water extraction/steam cleaning, bonnet buffing and dry cleaning. We comply with Prochem regulations (Prochem are the leading carpet cleaning regulatory body.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until your are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the clean absolutely free of charge.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service?

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with our cleaning services EDM Cleaning will re-do the job free of charge.

In order to resolve any issues related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 48 hours.

What are your office working hours?

Our customer services team are available to take calls from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
