Yes we have full public liability cover provided by our insurers who are underwritten by Lloyds of London. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.

If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning of your computer hardware we will arrange for the work to be done again free of charge.

Are there any extra charges that I have to pay such as parking and materials?

When we provide our free no obligation quotation we provide an all inclusive price. We will factor in charges for parking and materials. We find this is more convenient for our customers. However, a detailed break-down of our quotation is always available if required.

How soon after our initial contact can I have my computer cleaning work done?

We will always ensure that one of our operatives will be booked in to carry out the work within 24 hours of your initial contact with EDM Cleaning.
