Are you insured ?

Yes we have full public liability cover provided by our insurers who are underwritten by Lloyds of London. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.

Are your cleaning operatives insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our full public liability cover provided by our insurers which are underwritten by Lloyds of London. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by any of our cleaners up to 1 million pounds.

What areas do you cover?

We offer carpet cleaning services in most areas of London including Central London, The City, South West London, North West London, North East London and East London

What types of hardfloor do you clean and maintain?

We clean and maintain timber floors, marble floors, terrazzo floors, vinyl, Amtico.

How do you clean hardfloors?

After the initial consultation we would identify the correct process for your floor type. For example do you have a polish build up? Do you have general ground in dirt? Once we have completed our site survey we should have a good idea on how best to clean your floors.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with EDM's Hardfloor Maintenance Service?

If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning or maintenance of your hardfloor we will arrange for the work to be done again free of charge.

Are there any extra charges that I have to pay such as parking and materials?

When we provide our free no obligation quotation we provide an all inclusive price. We will factor in charges for parking and materials. We find this is more convenient for our customers. However, a detailed break-down of our quotation is always available if required.

Our customer services team are available to take calls from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

What are your cleaning operatives' working hours?

Our cleaning operatives provide cleaning services 24 hours a day seven days a week. If you do require weekends and public holidays please contact us to discuss our special rates for cleaning on these days.
